Integration, migration, transnational relationships. Governing inheritance statutes after the entry into force of EU succession regulations

This scientific questionnaire has been prepared by the partners of the GoInEU Plus Project of which it is a part and is mainly addressed to those who act as legal practitioners and academics.

In order to better disseminate the document, the partners avail themselves of specific mailing lists set for the purpose by several national contact points. 

In the questionnaire, you can follow the path traced by our questions, or decide to provide us with other relevant and useful information, especially practical cases. It is also possible to decide to remain anonymous and in any case the privacy of the subjects involved will be protected. Thank you very much for your time and for your kind cooperation.
