EU law training in English language: blended and integrated content and language training for European notaries and judges

Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, 03 September 2018 - 02 September 2020

Seminar one. Italy, Rome 9-10 April 2019

After the delivery of the ToT, the 12 trainers delivered two seminars and exchanges of best practices in each partner country as to replicate the model and make sure that the C.L.I.L methodology is applied in a consistent manner among the legal professionals. 24 (12 judges and 12 notaries) were selected by each partner for each seminar, to be involved in the second level of training.

The training seminars also envisaged an exchange of best practices session as to make sure that the event was focused also on a more practical approach that is extremely useful for the target group in its daily work. 691 (instead of 453 initially planned) EU notaries and judges were trained in EU law in English in all seminars and exchanges of best practices and are now better equipped and networked to collaborate with counterparts all over Europe. 29.940 professionals (instead of initially estimated 10.000) already benefitted of facilitated access to the Project training package, both in presence and at distance.

The first seminar ''Succession and family law in practice'' was held in Rome on 9 and 10 April at Residenza di Ripetta.

The seminar had a duration of one day and a half.
